CC&N Global Announces Strategic Investment and Partnership in Humanoid Robotics

Investment, battery and charging technology, robot financing and proposed US manufacturing partnership support the commercial deployment of advanced humanoid robotics.

Worcestershire, United Kingdom - August 2026 - CC&N Global Ltd (CC&N Global) is pleased to announce that it has finalised a strategic partnership and investment into a UK-based humanoid robotics company, marking a significant expansion of the company's activities in advanced electrification, battery systems and next-generation industrial automation.

The partnership follows the robotics company's receipt of an order with a leading global automotive manufacturer for the deployment of its technology within an automotive manufacturing environment. The programme provides important commercial validation and creates a platform for wider industrial deployment.

Strategic Partnership
CC&N Global's involvement extends beyond a conventional investment. The companies are building a long-term commercial and technical relationship intended to support the scale-up and international deployment of the robotic platform.

  • Battery packs: Development, manufacture and supply of dedicated high-performance battery packs for the robotic platform.
  • Battery charging: Development and supply of charging technology designed around the operational requirements of the robots.
  • Robot financing: Support for the financing of future robots to accelerate fleet deployment and provide alternatives to customers funding the full capital cost upfront.
  • Strategic investment: Direct investment by CC&N Global, creating a shared commercial interest in the successful growth of the platform.
  • US expansion: Development of a proposed joint venture and localised manufacturing model to establish battery pack, charging and related operational capability in the United States.

Building on CC&N Global's Automotive Experience
The programme builds on CC&N Global's established position in specialist automotive charging and battery support technology. The company already works with technology used across leading automotive OEM and dealer environments, providing a strong foundation for transferring its electrification expertise into the emerging robotics sector.

CC&N Global sees the supporting infrastructure around humanoid robotics - particularly energy storage, charging, financing and localised manufacturing - as a substantial long-term opportunity as robots move from development programmes into commercially deployed industrial fleets.

UK Development and US Scale-Up
Initial development will focus on supporting the robotic platform and its battery and charging requirements from the UK. In parallel, CC&N Global and its partner are progressing plans for a US-based operation capable of supporting future American deployments and increasing manufacturing localisation.

The proposed US programme is expected to focus initially on localised battery pack assembly and associated charging technology, with the capability to expand as robot volumes increase. The parties are evaluating the appropriate investment structure, manufacturing footprint, supply chain and joint-venture framework.

Investment Discussions
CC&N Global remains in active discussions with several strategic and financial investors regarding the next stage of the programme. Potential funding is being considered across technology development, manufacturing infrastructure, robot fleet financing and the establishment of US operations.

CC&N Global is particularly interested in working with investment and strategic partners able to contribute not only capital, but also manufacturing, automotive, industrial or US market expertise as the programme moves towards larger-scale deployment.

CC&N Global Comment
“This partnership represents an important step in CC&N Global's evolution from automotive charging and battery support into the rapidly developing humanoid robotics market. Our role is designed to be much broader than that of an investor or component supplier: we intend to support the energy architecture, manufacture and supply battery packs and chargers, help finance future robot deployments and work with our partner to establish a scalable US operation.

The receipt of an order with a leading automotive manufacturer is an important milestone and provides real-world commercial validation for the technology. We believe this creates the foundation for a significantly larger opportunity as industrial adoption of humanoid robotics accelerates.”
Oliver Percival – Managing Director – CC&N (Global) Ltd
